Sprouts and Seedlings

Green Cycle has a program just for kids to encourage recycling and assist teachers who want to incorporate recycling programs into school curricula. Dex provides recycled content giveaways, lifecycle education flyers and other assistance. Please email GreenCycle@DexOne.com with information on your local school recycling efforts.

‘Sprouts’ is designed to educate our youngest community advocates – kindergartners through third-graders. This section introduces how our kids can help protect the environment's natural resources through their own daily actions.

Here are some fun activities to help you learn more about recycling and what you can do to help keep our environment clean.

‘Seedlings’ is geared to older children – fourth-through sixth-graders. This section introduces concepts of promoting and managing their own recycling ideas for their school, team, club or neighborhood. In creating their own initiatives, they strengthen their own commitment.
